The General Store at the Openlucht Museum in Arnhem, 

the Netherlands. I wish I could shop at a store like this. 

Looking at this photo I see so many things that I would

 like to buy. When I was there I bought a pretty wooden 

nail brush and every time I use it I think of this shop.

Ghent, Belgium

Beautiful Ghent, Belgium. A lovely day trip from Brussels. 

Be sure to take the boat tour of the city, visit the castle and

 see the Ghent altarpiece. Not familiar with the Ghent altarpiece?

 Watch the film, The Monuments Men and thank American 

soldiers for recovering it during World War II.

Kamakura, Japan

I was back at the airport today to drop Midi off for his flight

 back home. He was visiting and dropped his dog off for a

 few weeks while he heads off to Japan. We were in Japan 

together last Summer. I took this photo of two girls while we

 were all visiting a temple complex in Kamakura. They were 

very sweet and posed for me when I asked if I could take

 a photo of their traditional dress.
